Il permesso di soggiorno è un documento che consente al cittadino straniero di trattenersi nel territorio nazionale per periodi di durata superiore a quelli normalmente previsti da un visto. Rigetto del permesso di soggiorno.
Se è un rigetto definitivo, bisogna adire il Tribunale entro 60 giorni; ti aiuterò in questa delicata fase.
